Culinary Science and Foodservice Management (International Program)

Why this program?

The Culinary Science and Foodservice Management Program provides in-depth knowledge in the food science and art of culinary and food service, which promotes high levels of culinary and food service skills with food science technology, especially on Thai food. The program presents up to date information on technology appropriate to run food service institutes, which facilitates successful internships to acquire contemporary industry experience. Thus students can apply theory to practice and adapt knowledge to the new situations.

Based on my opinion, being able to have the chance to study the program cusfsem has really showed me that it is necessary to know what you are taking in daily. As a person who loves to cook and eat, I have never been aware of how it can be harmful to your body overtime, what chemical or process that are happening while you are cooking or preparing your food. In conclusion, I think that this program can be very useful to your daily life as it can improve you to having a healthy lifestyle.
